The Tigress high performance fishing kite was designed to be used in a variety different wind speeds. This eliminates the need for many differant kites. The Tigress kite fly's in winds up to 25 mph and is stays steady in all winds with a simple bridle adjustment. Made using 100% carbon graphite spars the kite is very light weight and easy to fly.
