Mounts tire up and out from trailer frame for that custom trailer look.  Heavy-duty, welded and reinforced steel plate construction.  Zinc plated for superior corrosion resistance. 4 5/8" sides offste allows for mounting away from trailer. 5" high offset raises tire  to  provide adequate ground clearance.  Adjustable bolt circle to fit both 4 lug and 5 lug wheels.  Fits all trailer toungues up to 3" wide by 4" high.  Easy bolt on installation with common hand tools.  Includes zinc plated mounting hardware and instructions.
